Laboratories
There are two laboratories at NovaStar. The Research and Development lab is for new product developed along with their associated QA/QC. Every batch of manufactured product must meet the stringent QC specifications and tests developed here. Manufacturing, safety, and quality control procedures are developed here and pilot scale reactions are run and rerun in this laboratory prior to any reaction moving to plant operations.
The second lab is the technical laboratory. This lab is charged with monitoring the inbound raw materials ensuring only proper materials are accepted. This lab also supplies technical assistance to our customers enabling them to make the best recommendations for any problems they may have.
